EVENT POSTER

We are excited to tell you about our 2nd annual

Cruisin’ with CARH Fashion Show Fundraiser!

We beckon you to escape with us as we"cruise" to  Greece to experience all that CARH has to offer the community. Our unique cruise event will feature live entertainment by a local Greek dance group, catered Greek luncheon, raffle, silent auction, and a special cruise themed fashion show.

This will be a unique event in that the models for our fashion show will be local individuals with disabilities! CARH is a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The models in the show will be wearing styles from our partner Thrift Town. This will be a special opportunity to experience why we do what we do—creating a community for people with intellectual disabilities and providing them with a social network.

Our goal this year is to raise $10,000 through this unique fundraising event to implement a dental hygiene program for local people with disabilities who could not otherwise afford the service and to help CARH to continue to provide quality social and recreational events to their clients this year.

That’s why your support is so important at this year’s Cruisin’ with CARH Fashion Show. We hope to see you there!

CARH

CARH is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in 1972 to enrich the lives of local children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide a wide range of social and recreational programs and services that may not be offered by any other private or governmental agency.

We raise funds through our local Household Recycling Program and sell all household donations collected from the community to our partner Thrift Town. The funds raised from this program go to help meet the needs of local individuals with disabilities.
